To perform a search, type your keyword(s) in the Search Box and press Go.

Hover over any thumbnail to see a quick preview. You can download PowerPoint Templates and Video Backgrounds directly from the Search Results page.

Click on the thumbnail of the PowerPoint or Video in the results page to go to a detailed view. From here you can Customize PowerPoint Templates, Add to Favorites, and see more detailed preview images.

To see your Favorites, login and click the Favorites button. You can remove a PowerPoint or Video from your favorites by pressing the Remove link.

To view or print your receipts, login and click the Payments button. Click on the appropriate transaction to view your receipt.

Please make sure your popup blocker is disabled, as the popup will open in a new window. Click the Print button in the popup window to print the receipt.

Login to your account and press the Payments button. Choose the Update Credit Card tab. Our site uses 256-bit encryption to protect your data.

You can use the Customized Template Service to let our artists customize the Title and Subtitle or Verse in a given PowerPoint Template.

The entire set will be customized for you, including Title and Subtitle, Title and No Subtitle, and Blank Slides. The Customized templates will come in both Normal and Widescreen formats.

For Standard Service, your customized templates are completed within 48 business hours.

For Expedited Service, your customized templates are completed within 24 business hours.

Customizations submitted after 3pm Central Time are considered to be submitted the next day.

From the Search Results screen, click the Customize Graphic link for a given PowerPoint.

If you are on the PowerPoint detailed preview page, click the Customize button below the main preview image.

Once you are on the Customization screen, enter your details, select Standard Service or Expedited Service and click Submit Customization.

Your submission will be confirmed and the completion date will be displayed.

Login to your account and press the Customize button. On this screen, click the My Customized Downloads button.

Your pending and completed customizations are listed here. After our artists have finished your customization, your Customized PowerPoint will be available to download for 3 months.

All of our PowerPoint Templates and Motion Videos are conveniently packaged into ZIP files.

Windows and Mac OS users can open these files without any additional software.

If you are encountering any issues with unzipping using the built-in Windows utility, we recommend a free, easy-to-use utility called 7Zip.

• Firefox: Firefox will save files to your Desktop unless you have changed this in your settings.


• Internet Explorer: Internet Explorer usually allows you to chose where your wish the file to be saved. If the browser doesn't ask you where to save, the file will automatically be saved to the last location that a file was saved to.


• Safari: Safari will usually save files to your Desktop, unless it has been changed in user preferences.
  
  Note: Safari will sometimes automatically unzip the file after you download. If this happens, highlight the files that are shown in the Finder window and copy/paste them into the desired folder.
